What is Minutemen?

Minutemen is a platform that connects customers with local, independent auto detailers. Through the app, you can easily schedule high-quality car care at your home or workplace.

Where is Minutemen available?

Minutemen currently operates in Nevada and is expanding to new regions soon.

How do I book a service?

Just tap "Book a Wash" in the app, choose your vehicle, service, and preferred time and location.

Can I cancel or reschedule my wash?

Yes, cancellations or changes can be made through the app. However, bookings canceled within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a 20% cancellation fee.

Can I book for multiple vehicles?

Yes, simply add more vehicles to your profile and select them during the booking process.

Subscription & Billing

What is the Minutemen One subscription?

Minutemen One is a $30/month plan that includes 1 vehicle and perks like 20% off services, priority booking, monthly hydrophobic sealant, and service extras like spot-stain cleaning.

How do I add more vehicles to my subscription?

Additional vehicles can be added at 50% of your base plan price.

When am I charged?

Subscriptions are charged immediately and renew monthly. Service bookings, however, are charged after the service is completed.

Are tips required?

Tips are optional but appreciated. You can tip before, during, or after the service through the app.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to the App Menu > Subscriptions and tap "Cancel Subscription." Your benefits will remain until the end of your current billing period.

Do I need an account to use Minutemen?

Yes, you'll need to sign up using your phone number to book services.

Can I update or remove my vehicle info?

Absolutely. Head to Profile > My Vehicles to manage your vehicle list.

Is an email address required?

Email is optional, but we recommend adding it for support and receipt purposes.

Service & Quality

What if my vehicle is damaged during service?

Detailers and Minutemen are committed to quality service. If a detailer causes damage, we take full responsibility and will work to resolve and repair the issue.

What if I'm unhappy with the service?

We stand behind our quality standards. If a service does not meet expectations, we'll make it right. Please report issues within 48 hours of service completion via the app.

Is the price shown in the app final?

The price shown at booking is an estimate. Final pricing may be adjusted based on vehicle condition or add-ons, as determined by the detailer.

Can a detailer refuse service?

Yes, Minutemen and its detailers reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or inappropriate.

Troubleshooting

I'm not receiving app notifications.

Make sure notifications are enabled in your phone's settings for the Minutemen app.

My app is freezing or crashing.

Try closing and reopening the app, updating it, or reinstalling it from the App Store.
